These Terms & Conditions apply to pool service and supply requests made with Rivera Pool Care through prospoolcare.com.

SMS Terms

Rivera Pool Care sends operational text messages to employees who have verbally agreed to receive dispatch alerts. A message may include the customer name, phone number, ZIP code, items, and amount. The employee can reply 1 to confirm a stop.

Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies with the number of orders. Reply STOP to stop dispatch texts. Reply HELP for help, or call (951) 383-9753.

These texts are not marketing messages and are not sent to customers. Consent to receive them is not a condition of buying pool service.

We do not sell or share SMS opt-in data or personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.
